Master's degree in Audiology, certification by ASHA, and state license required
Middle School Teacher (6th - 7th)
Bachelor's degree, valid Louisiana teaching certification, and 0-5 years of experience
Speech Pathologist - Current and Future Vacancies
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. A valid Speech License and Teaching certificate in Speech Pathology are required along with a valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate. Must possess basic computer skills and demonstrate the ability to use various types of software programs
Special Education Teacher
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education required. Valid Louisiana teaching certification in Special Education is required. Experience with elementary students and diverse learning needs strongly preferred
Educational Diagnostician - Current and Future Vacancies
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Education, a valid Louisiana teaching certification, and a minimum of three years of experience as an Educational Diagnostician. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
School Security Officer
Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, have at least 2 years of law enforcement/security experience, and hold POST certification. A valid Louisiana driver's license is also required
Elementary Teacher (PK4 - 5th)
Bachelor's degree and Louisiana teaching certification required. Teaching experience is strongly preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential
Middle School Teacher (6th Grade)
Bachelor’s degree required. Valid Louisiana teaching certification needed. Teaching experience is strongly preferred for this role in NOLA Public Schools
Paraprofessional (SPED)
High School Diploma/HiSET required, Associate’s Degree preferred. Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or educational experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for student and staff interaction
Crossing Guard
High school diploma, knowledge of traffic safety laws, strong observational and communication skills, ability to work outdoors and remain calm under pressure
