Engineering Project Manager

Nom Nom is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects and deliver business strategy. The role will charter and develop projects, partner with technical teams, and execute approved projects. Experience in industrial engineering, operations, and supply chain is preferred.

Requirements

• Charter and develop projects for approval up to $2M
• Partner with local and regional technical teams
• Execute approved projects including scope/budget/schedule tracking
• Support project management for capital projects and relevant CVS protocols
• Follow all safety and quality system requirements
• Provide feedback for new portfolio innovation and renovation projects
• Contribute pipeline ideas for infrastructure and efficiency projects
• Support site master planning workstreams
• Manage ambiguity and co-create capital masterplan
• Work cross functionally with local project teams and stakeholders
• Perform effective risk management
• Provide technical coaching support to local/regional teams
• Support integration of systems and tools with Mars Petcare ecosystem
• Role model Five Principles and the Associate Concept
