Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key part of our journey to bring AI robotics at scale in warehouses, you'll take responsibility for customer satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
- Engineering or technical degree (or relevant experience in sales)
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience
- Extensive experience in automation and/or intralogistics
- Successful experience as logistics consultant or key account manager (plus)
- Excellent English & German communication
