Senior Vice President of FP&A (copy)

We are seeking a strategic and highly operational Senior Vice President of FP&A to join our team, leading enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Nomi Health. The role will serve as a key thought partner to our CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and executive leadership team, shaping financial strategy, supporting growth initiatives, and driving accountability across the business.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success leading financial planning and analytics in a high growth, multi-line or services driven organization
• Strong understanding of one of SaaS, healthcare, or payments-based business models preferred
• Exceptional ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational action
• Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience supporting Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams
• Investment banking experience a plus
