Practice Administrator - Full Time - Cleveland

NOMS Healthcare is a physician-owned and physician-led healthcare organization that provides a different approach to healthcare. We are seeking a Practice Administrator to support daily operational functions and ensure efficient workflow management, staff coordination, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Charge entry, payments, and denial management for PODS
• Provider in-basket activities and timely follow-up
• Inventory tracking and invoice processing using AVID system navigation
• Staffing schedule development and monitoring
• Accounts receivable (AR) days and provider dashboard monitoring
• Purchasing needs management using preferred vendors
• Clinic management dashboard monitoring and Revenue Guardian reporting
• CRM and Help Desk ticket submission, management, and monitoring
• Accurate timekeeping records maintenance in UKG system
• Work queues (WQs) management, including charge review, referrals, MyChart enrollment, and appointment requests
• Fax inbox management
• Daily employee performance management and employee relations issue resolution
• Compliance with all NOMS policies and procedures
• Template management and update for workflow efficiency
