Job Description
Nomura is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to protect and secure sensitive information. This role involves leading daily operations of Symantec DLP platforms, monitoring and responding to incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to prevent data exfiltration. The DLP Operations Lead will be a critical member of the Information Security team, providing leadership and expertise in managing enterprise DLP technologies.
Requirements
- 08-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information protection
- 7+ years managing Symantec/Forcepoint DLP in an enterprise environment
- Experience with cloud security (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Information Protection)
- Strong hands-on experience in Symantec DLP (policy design, administration, incident handling)
- Deep understanding of data classification, regulatory compliance, and data protection best practices
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and case management tools
- Strong analytical and investigative capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
