Job Description
Nomura is seeking a Principal Information Security Specialist to join their Global Information Security Leadership team. The role will focus on enhancing the unified risk and control framework (CRI) for global security and will report to the CISO in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Security Management and Risk Management, and experience with ISO and NIST standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security GRC
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of ISO, NIST, and CRI regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to analyze complex security issues
- Deep understanding of risk management frameworks
