Business Analyst (Digital Solutions)

Business Analyst (Digital Solutions) for Nomura, a global financial services group with an integrated network spanning 30 countries. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and develop new digital capabilities for clients, partners, and people. Identify digital solution requirements and work with data analysts, engineers, and scrum masters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in financial services as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or business analytics role.
• Background in implementing digital solutions within financial services or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies for data-driven decision-making and ongoing business improvement.
• Proven track record of implementing digital solutions in the financial services sector or a related industry.
• Experience in requirements gathering (interviews, workshops), creating user stories, and process flows.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL) preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in application testing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
