Job Description
Investment Banker, Greentech Industrials & Infrastructure, Senior Analyst - Junior Associate position at Nomura in London. Responsible for financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, process management, and client deal team interaction. Opportunity to work on a range of transaction types, including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, equity raising, and leveraged buyouts.
Requirements
- Proven background in Corporate Finance from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or large accounting firm
- Previous experience in power and infrastructure
- Excellent financial modelling experience
- Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
