Lead Infrastructure and Platform Engineer

Nomura is a global financial services group seeking a Lead Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to support its businesses around the world. The ideal candidate will have experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and AWS, and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing IaC scripts and modules, designing and building Ansible playbooks, and implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working on design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proficiency in automating system configuration and deployment using Ansible playbook
• Good working experience & hands-on knowledge of AWS (3-5 years)
• Hand-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipeline (Gitlab/Jenkins)
• Strong programming/scripting using Python
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
• Experience on Backups / storage systems is an added advantage
• Documenting system designs & process workflows
• Clear & precise communication
