Job Description
Nomura, a global financial services group, is seeking a Principal Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to join their Powai team. The role involves architecture, design, implementation, and integration of AWS cloud infrastructure, contributing to the growth of Nomura's global business. The position requires a strong background in AWS and expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working on AWS in a design and/or Devops engineering role
- 7-9 years of experience in building or operating a multi account AWS Landing Zone
- 7-9 years of experience in Code development using AWS SDK/Boto and Python
- Proficiency in writing Terraform IAC for AWS Cloud
- Strong working experience with Gitlab Enterprise and Version control best practices
- Experience with design, testing, and deploying/implementing landing zone modules for provisioning accounts based on AWS Control Tower.
- Experience in documenting designs, system & process workflows using tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
