Training Content & Enablement Manager

As a Training Content & Enablement Manager, create, localize, and deliver high-quality content for effective training and communication across different markets and audiences. Transform product features into clear, engaging, customer-focused narratives and structured presentations. Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, training, or a related field, ideally within a tech-driven environment
• Experience in creating and/or delivering training content, ideally within consumer electronics or telecommunications
• Strong experience in translating and localizing content from English to German with a focus on clarity and audience relevance
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools (e.g. video editing and visual content creation tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop)
• Fluent in English and German (French is a strong plus)
