Job Description
The Resident Monitor is responsible for the accountability of male and female offenders during all shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This part-time hourly non-exempt position includes overtime eligibility based on hours worked. They ensure offender accountability through consistent enforcement of rules, inspections, and data collection.
Requirements
- Consistently enforce all center rules and regulations.
- Maintain accountability of offenders and their movements.
- Supervise and facilitate the maintenance of facility appearance.
- Conduct safety, security, and sanitation inspections.
- Assist with emergency procedures.
- Assist with monitoring first aid equipment and medication logs.
