Job Description
The Resident Monitor is responsible for ensuring the accountability of male and female offenders during all shifts. This part-time, non-exempt, and potentially overtime position involves 24/7 surveillance and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety. It's a 'behind-the-scenes' role focused on resident welfare.
Requirements
- Consistently enforce center rules and regulations.
- Maintain accountability of offenders and their movements.
- Supervise and facilitate facility maintenance and appearance.
- Maintain relationships with organizations and individual sources.
- Assist with on-site safety inspections and reports.
- Assist with emergency procedure familiarity and distribution.
- Assist with medical equipment auditing.
- Assist in fire drill initiation and meal distribution.
- Submit required reports, mileage sheets, and leave requests.
