Job Description
The American Camp Association is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of the organization, drive operational growth, and advance the mission of ACA. The COO will provide strategic leadership, oversee internal workflows, and ensure a culturally responsive environment. The role requires a strong organizational leader with experience in operational management, finance, budgeting, and talent development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior organizational leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline preferred
- Deep professional knowledge and experience in the camp field preferred
- Demonstrated experience in operational leadership and organizational management
- Proven ability to develop and effectively lead teams to achieve results
Benefits
- Salary Range: $190,000 to 225,000
