Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources will drive performance outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer. The Vice President will have responsibility for the human resources function, aligned with best practices and initiatives, monitoring their impact, and ensuring LeadingAge stays current with HR trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 to 12 years of directly related experience in a human resources management capacity
- SPHR/PHR certification and association experience preferred
