Job Description
Nooks.ai is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide prompt and empathetic communication to help users resolve issues, debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Technical Support experience
- Experience providing end-user support on complex, feature-rich, constantly iterating B2B SaaS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
