Kipling School is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven digital strategies and drive lead generation, enrollment growth, and brand visibility for a private bilingual school in Mexico.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing and communications; at least 3 years in digital marketing management.
- Proven experience managing performance-driven digital campaigns and budgets.
- Experience using CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and full enrollment funnels.
- Experience in educational institutions is desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action.
- Strategic planning, creativity, and results-oriented approach.
- Leadership, collaboration, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of paid media, SEO, SEM, social ads, OOH, and brand management.
- Familiarity with digital tools (CMS, analytics, CRM) and data privacy regulations.
