Support and enable HR performance and extraordinary growth by ensuring regional Americas objectives are delivered, implemented and translated into the South American Schools. Ensure excellent effective, proactive, operational excellence, risk and legal compliance, customer service, extremely high quality reporting in the schools, and excellent operational yearly processes.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and leadership experience and of whom at least 3 years in multi-country/matrix experience working in industries with highly qualified staff members (such as education, engineering services, consulting services organizations or hospitals)
- Spanish and Portuguese Native, and Business English
