Requirements
- Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters
- Align HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
- Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture
- Execute on day-to-day HR tasks such as system updates, employee relations topics, coaching and feedback to employees and manager
