Job Description
The Site Manager (m/w/d) Concrete Tower - nationwide role is responsible for ensuring activities on site meet Nordex QHSE standards and applicable construction site regulations. This includes leading the setup of the construction site, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- Completed study in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, environmental technology, materials science, energy technology) or comparable professional experience in wind energy (ideally 5-7 years)
- Familiarity with internal tools and systems such as SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Windchill, Team Center
- Responsibility, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Communication skills in English and German (B2 level)
- Travel readiness and adaptability to changing deployment locations
