HSE Site Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated HSE Site Manager to coordinate activities in the field of health, safety, and the environment on wind energy construction sites in Germany. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in a technically-industrial company and a formal training in occupational safety or in a technical profession.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technically-industrial company
• Experience as a safety officer on construction sites is desirable
• Formal training in occupational safety or in a technical profession
• Assertiveness and binding communication
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking is required, knowledge of Polish is desirable
• Teamwork, self-organization, and well-developed organizational skills
• Willingness to regularly take longer business trips to construction sites and wind parks within Germany
• Physically able and qualified to work at heights (GWO certificates)
