Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d)

To provide strong electrical expertise during the installation and finishing phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioning.

Requirements

• Provide technical electrical support during the installation, connection, adjustment and finishing phases of the WTG
• Identify and support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning and long‐term turbine reliability
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene whenever safety rules are not followed
• Coordinate and launch electrical technical modifications in close collaboration with the Engineering department
• Deliver technical guidance and on‐site training to supervisors and field teams
• Support the improvement of electrical instructions, work methods and procedures related to installation and finishing
• Collaborate in prototype testing and validation of new electrical solutions
• Report the status of site activities, preparing and submitting the required technical documentation
• Perform electrical quality checks on site, including complete reporting of findings and corrective actions
• Participate actively in the coordination of site activities and in continuous improvement initiatives
