Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d)

To provide strong electrical expertise during the installation and finishing phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioning. The Electrical Supervisor will support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations, contribute to a smooth handover to the customer, and ensure optimal performance throughout the turbine’s lifetime.

Requirements

• Vocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) - mandatory
• Engineering degree (Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry
• Previous experience working in wind farms (installation, electrical works, commissioning or maintenance)
• Comfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environments
• Experience leading teams or working in quality roles is highly valued
• Solid electrical knowledge and strong hands-on approach
• Good computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technical platforms)
• Resourceful, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions on site
• Strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence
• Full availability to travel without restrictions
• International driving license (or willingness to obtain it)
• Good level of English (spoken and written) is required
