The Assistant Site Manager supports the company's mission to develop and provide clean electrical power that makes 100% renewable energy a reality for the world.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience accepted
- 3 years of experience in mechanical/construction, preferably in mechanical construction of wind farms
- Experience in quality management and control processes, preferably in assembling wind turbines
- Microsoft Office suite required
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Ability to manage personnel and interact with clients and subcontractors
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and the public
- Ability to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple activities at once
- Experience in on-site WTG assembly, preferably
- 80% to 90% of necessary travel
- Ability to respect the specific weight limits of OSHA and ANSI of 250 to 300lbs. max
- Driving is an essential function of the job
