Job Description
Production Manager (m/f/d) in Rostock. Manage production cycle, supply raw materials, coordinate logistics, and plan production activities. Contribute to sustainable concrete tower technology in Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.C.E)
- Experience in construction, wind turbine assembly, and construction activities
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and in German
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Business vision and ability to manage large-scale projects
- Analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
