Concrete Tower's business unit is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production phases of concrete prefabricated plants, ensuring standards, deadlines, and plans are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, knowledge of quality management procedures, and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering
• Comprehensive experience in the construction industry and working with wind turbines
• Extensive knowledge of quality management procedures and relevant environmental regulations
• Very good English skills (at least B2), as well as fluent German skills
• Outstanding leadership qualities and strategic business vision for large projects
• Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in works coordination in the field of renewable energies
