Job Description
Join the Nordex Group as QHSE Manager Belgium and contribute to the expansion of alternative energies worldwide. The role involves supporting the implementation of HSE laws and regulations, developing HSE awareness, and implementing the Nordex Group QHSE policy and management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master / Engineer’s degree (H&S management / environmental management, or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
- Minimum 5 years in similar job positions or in HSE supervision / coordination on site
- Languages: French, Dutch, English; German is a nice to have
- Country-specific HSE laws and regulations and ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Methods: risk analysis / assessment, incident investigation and Microsoft Office, Office 365
- Ability to foster behavioural safety and to support management and teams for this purpose
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and self-organized
- Readiness for extended business trips to construction sites, wind farms and service locations within Belgium on a regular basis
