Job Description
Nordhealth is seeking a driven Implementation/Client Onboarding Specialist to join their DACH team, responsible for onboarding new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering remote and onsite training, and customizing Provet to each customer's clinical workflows.
Requirements
- Manage implementation projects end to end
- Deliver remote and onsite training
- Configure and customize Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
- Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
