We are looking for maternity cover for an Assistant Practitioner position in the Supported Living and Residential Team. As an Assistant Practitioner, you will undertake assessments, service commissioning and reassessment work. You will have excellent communication, record-keeping and keyboard skills, along with experience of working with vulnerable people.
