Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing person with strong communication skills to work as a Library and Information Assistant at Swaffham & Downham Market Library Cluster, part of the Norfolk County Council Library service. The role involves helping customers find information, talking to customers about books, assisting with events and library activities, research, IT queries, and social media, and dealing with administrative duties and health and safety protocols.
