National Engagement Lead (Iberia) - Ultra Rare Diseases

Join Norgine as a National Engagement Lead – Ultra Rare Diseases and bridge cutting-edge science with strategic account leadership. This role is a critical part of Ultra Rare Diseases, building partnerships with national and local External Experts to improve patient outcomes and enhance the availability and utilisation of Norgine products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
• Experience working in Rare Diseases, especially with launching new products
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Experience strategic account management
• Fluency in English and local language; willingness to travel
