Job Description
Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, good safety standards, and the ability to advocate for housekeeping and safety in the department. The position involves performing electro-mechanical technician functions, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.
Requirements
- Must be safety conscious and have a good safety record
- Ability to advocate housekeeping and safety standards in the Department
- Perform the functions of an electro-mechanical technician
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment
- Safely and efficiently operate arc and MIG welders and gas torches
- Fabricate parts from blueprints and sketches
