Production Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and technical training with higher education or engineering.
• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) mindset.
• Solid knowledge in project management, data management, and production analysis.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to safety, the environment, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Fluent English and Spanish: minimum level B2 (advanced).
• Visible leadership with active presence on site.
• Industrial experience, including team management and resolution of complex equipment failures.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and proactively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes and unforeseen situations.
• Experience working on continuous improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
