The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in maintaining the overall health, safety, and financial performance of the project. The role involves assisting with project planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation, as well as supporting the day-to-day coordination of the project.

Requirements

• Construction-related degree or diploma
• 3–5 years of construction experience
• Working knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, cost control, safety regulations, and construction drawings
• Experience supporting project teams with coordination, documentation, and project delivery activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of project financials
