North America Construction (1993) Ltd. is hiring an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive Human Resources services across the organization, supporting employees and managers with recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation, learning and development initiatives, and day-to-day HR advisory support.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- CHRP (or working toward) is an asset
- Experience in construction or multi-site environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach
