HR Advisor

As a member of the WM People organization, the HR Advisor provides tactical, responsive Human Resources support to individual contributors in assigned business units and/or functions, serving as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for employee relations issues and human resources policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of related work experience
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
