Job Description
North America Construction (1993) Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator to join their Water Resource Recovery Facility Upgrades project in Nobleton, ON. The successful candidate will interact with project site teams, display strong knowledge of mechanical processes and standards, and have experience with purchasing and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in mechanical engineering or 2 years + experience as a mechanical estimator
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Access, Power BI, Procore, Jonas, Primavera P6, Excel, and Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of NAC's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of project documents, scope, and estimates
