Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, leading a team of maintenance personnel, and ensuring equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and efficiency within the maintenance team.
Requirements
- BA in facilities management or related qualification
- 5+ years of experience in operations/facilities management
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing
- OSHA-10 certification, required
- CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certificate, a plus
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
