Job Description
The Finance Services Lead will supervise future finance activities outsourced by NOC, develop the NOC Outsourcing Program, and manage delivery and governance/compliance of outsourced activities.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Administration an added Value
- Certification
- Strong professional experience > 10 years in the O&G and the Supply Chain domain
- Deep knowledge of the “Source to Contract” and “Procure to Pay processes, interfaces with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technical Entities, Planning and Logistics
