We are looking for a proactive and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting the sales team in evaluating and managing personal accounts, taking ownership of client relationships, and handling multiple accounts with growing independence and responsibility.
Requirements
- Active insurance license
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
