We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead and grow our BCBA + RBT teams while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate is a natural coach, culture-builder, and problem-solver with experience in leadership and supervision. They will drive clinical quality, training, and performance standards, and partner with doctors, teachers, and other clinicians to deliver wraparound care.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
