Child Autism Therapy Support – Entry-Level, Paid Training

NSPT is a pediatric therapy clinic that offers a unique approach to care, prioritizing assent-based care, collaborative teamwork, and supportive leadership. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1:1 with autistic children, helping them build skills and confidence, and be supported by a team that values your growth. The role involves active, hands-on work, with opportunities for paid training, certification, and career growth.

Requirements

• Starting at $19/billable hour, with increases for experience, education, and certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have the physical stamina and mobility to actively engage with children, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and effective visual and auditory communication.
• Afternoon/evening (starting at 3pm) and Saturday availability required.
