Child Autism Therapy Support – Entry-Level, Paid Training

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT), we provide assent-based, neuroaffirming, and team-driven therapy for autistic children. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1:1 with kids to build communication, independence, and confidence. You'll receive paid training and certification, and have the opportunity to grow a career in ABA, education, child psychology, or related fields.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Starting at $19/billable hour, with increases for experience, education, and certification.
• Must have the physical stamina and mobility to actively engage with children, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and effective visual and auditory communication.
• Afternoon/evening (starting at 3pm) and Saturday availability required
