Job Description
North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is seeking an Electrical Inspector I to perform continuous on-site electrical inspections of municipal-type construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure electrical installations adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Provides daily onsite oversight of electrical contractor activities
- Inspects all phases of construction with emphasis on electrical
- Ensures materials and equipment installed conforms to approved electrical submittals
- Conducts visual inspection of the contractor
- Maintains detailed daily reports of all activities
- Communicates and collaborates with project managers, and engineers
- Ensures the contractor adheres to their safety standards on-site
