Job Description
North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is seeking a Wastewater Conveyance Program Manager to assist with the operation and maintenance of the wastewater conveyance system. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field and five years of experience in wastewater conveyance management. The role involves leading teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing and implementing processes to optimize performance, capacity, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field
- Five years of experience in management of wastewater conveyance related activities
- Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Class III Wastewater Operator's License (or equivalent Wastewater Treatment License)
- Strong background in wastewater conveyance components, best practices
- Ability to develop and implement processes and programs to resource staff to achieve goals
