Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an experienced, licensed attorney to join its Constitutional Offices Section. The position involves representing Ohio's statewide officeholders in federal and state courts, litigating complex and novel constitutional issues. The team is collaborative and provides opportunities to develop unique legal theories and present them in court.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- At least 2 years of litigation experience
- Brief writing, hearings, trials, and motion practice experience
- Judicial clerkship experience a plus
- Aptitude and desire to practice constitutional litigation in the public sector
