Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office has a unique opportunity for an experienced, licensed attorney to join its Constitutional Offices Section, focusing on public records and open meetings laws, and providing guidance and training to statewide officeholders and the public.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- At least 2 years of litigation experience including brief writing, hearings, trials and motion practice
- Judicial clerkship experience and/or an aptitude and desire to practice constitutional litigation in the public sector
