Job Description
We are seeking a Correction Officer to join our team at Pickaway Correctional Institution. As a Correction Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining control of the institution, supervising inmate activity, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its occupants. Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license for positions assigned to transportation section
- Commercial driver's license to drive vehicles qualifying as commercial
- Correction officer assessment or completion of assessment within past 24 months
- Probationary period of 365 days
