Join Our Team! Accepting applications for (6) Residential Care Supervisor 1 positions for 2nd Shift. Starting Hourly Pay: $24.97 per hour. The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities mission is to partner with people and communities to support Ohioans with developmental disabilities and their families in realizing their version of a good life.
Requirements
- Supervise & lead direct care staff (Therapeutic Program Workers) across assigned residential areas & shifts
- Manage daily staffing operations including scheduling, overtime, leave approvals, & coverage needs
- Coach, train, & evaluate staff; provide feedback & initiate corrective action when needed
